@ jiajia 看完前五章,收获很多。 @ yvetterowe 全是血泪啊 写得太实在太好了…一开始会想做手头这个项目前读到这本就好了大概会少走很多弯路,可是没踩过坑吃过💩也不会如此有共鸣吧。所以TL;DR这是一本therapy book吗🌚 @ 雪地里的水煮蛋 超级赞。现在似乎没有精力写书评了。每章都很好。从IC到manager都需要读。 @ sober 基本上没有任何一句废话的书,比很多所谓领导力的培训实在很多。 @ 脚趾头 挺好的对于每一级EM是什么样的expectation的overview,也很实诚地讲了自己的经历 @ 八子 值得读一下,最好是有些经验之后读 @ stone.c Key takeaway for now: TL need balance from IC role and management role. Satisfaction could be grabbed from the both side @ 风起 系统性地讨论了作为eng mgr相关的很多观念和trick,适合处于career path各个阶段的人看清自己的偏好并理解其他人。 @ YannieY 科技管理层人员的劳动手册,写的很不错,可以当作参考书在职业生涯的不同阶段里参考不同的章节内容。 @ 这里没有城堡 so far very good!
