作者简介：

Malcolm Gladwell has been a staff writer at The New Yorker since 1996. He is the author of The Tipping Point, Blink, Outliers, and What the Dog Saw. Prior to joining The New Yorker, he was a reporter at the Washington Post. Gladwell was born in England and grew up in rural Ontario. He now lives in New York.

@ 雪地里的水煮蛋 I gradually find out I read Gladwell to learn from him how to write a good story and how chapters and sections connect with and refer to one another in logic ways. I was not convinced with the logic he used to connect the stories to the theme of the book though. @ Cartman 小朋友们可以学学写作技巧。书里逻辑上漏洞就太多了，不足一一指出。
