@ BIN5GO 今天通读完了最后一条，不知道是书的内容确实在actuality的层面上展开其自身，还是确实教授仅是把我们知道但未曾意识到的东西表达出来，所以有关be grateful in spite of suffering 的图景在我有过如此体验且可理解的范畴上共鸣深度的频次很多。还有其他章节的内容。 我想着，自己的阅读方式是最适合自己且顺应应然的体验，眼看，嘴说，脑子转译、思考，很珍惜read as I really understand what it means 的感觉(是英语，每一个解译、触达文字背后内容及作者思考的道理的即时过程，触发了多个感官及大脑活动)所以我想，这确实是适合自己的加深理解的阅读方式。(个人情况是在很久前看过人格与转变的课程基础上，及Steve法则一译版基础上，收获更多了
