@ 小锅君 好吧。。这是一本很无聊的减肥书。。。 @ 脆宝Tracy 还是感觉是邪教 @ 丸子(^.^)v 最小时间精力代价 最大产出 = = @ Jule Tim is a biohack. @ 绿黎藤 只有我觉得他第一本书火了之后写作的语气变得特别狂妄吗…不写脏话就不能好好表意了?整本书都在点名似的… ummm 回mtl后试试slow carb diet再追评,不过话说这不就是改版的keto么… 提到lucid dreaming这个话题还有点趣。 @ 绿黎藤 只有我觉得他第一本书火了之后写作的语气变得特别狂妄吗…不写脏话就不能好好表意了?整本书都在点名似的… ummm 回mtl后试试slow carb diet再追评,不过话说这不就是改版的keto么… 提到lucid dreaming这个话题还有点趣。 @ 脆宝Tracy 还是感觉是邪教 @ Akrasia Fun read; slow carb diet did work @ 丸子(^.^)v 最小时间精力代价 最大产出 = = @ 海瑞要坚持! 适合刚开始运动的人,我尝试过书中增肌的方法。进行到2个月的时候书里的方法就有局限性了。长期的话还是要用最稳定的方法。不过里面的只是体系是不错。
