作者简介：

安迪•格鲁夫（Andrew S. Grove） 1968年参与创建英特尔公司，1979年成为公司总裁，1987年开始担任CEO。1998年5月，格鲁夫卸下了CEO的职务，但至今他仍是英特尔的董事长。 格鲁夫是位科学家，对半导体科技的发展有重要贡献，也是几项半导体技术的专利拥有者；他还是一位杰出的企业家，曾多次带领英特尔转型成功，使其成为全球最大的半导体企业及计算机CPU制造商。1997年他被《时代》杂志选为“年度风云人物”。 格鲁夫也是纽约市立学院及哈佛大学的荣誉教授，并长期在斯坦佛大学商学院讲授策略管理课程，著有《只有偏执狂才能生存》、《游向彼岸》、《人人都是管理者》、《10倍速时代》等书。
